For the second time in as many weeks, the Smith County Sheriff’s Office is mourning the loss of one of its own.
Chief Deputy Bobby Garmon told the Tyler Morning Telegraph this afternoon that Deputy Ricky Bell was killed in a Henderson County accident involving several vehicles.Staff Writer
